Gracie's "First Wedding"

My cousin, Sally, got married today, March 1!! She asked Gracie to be her Miniature Bride in the wedding. Her dress was literally a miniature bridal gown, complete with train & veil. She did a great job (if I may brag on her myself, ha), but it was a long day for her.

Our "Gat-Gat" had tubes put in his ears on Feb. 19th. I was VERY nervous, but very ready for the procedure all at the same time. He was a champ, and is doing very well.

Gracie's Valentine's Trip.....

Mark and I took Gracie on a "big girl" trip to the Dixie National Rodeo on February 13. It was just the three of us, and we had a very good time. BIG THANKS to Aunt Lori for the great seats!! Joe Nichols was the entertainment and our "lil dancer/singer" really showed out!! She's also decided that she wants a white horse that will run around those barrels!! ha ha...

Gracie's "buddy", Austin, celebrated his 4th birthday at Gym of Dreams in Brookhaven on Feb 9th. Gracie & Gatlin LOVED climbing, bouncing, and running around.

January News

Hello to All! It's been a wild, crazy, and exhausting ride since my last post. Sunday after Gatlin's party, Gracie started running a fever (103!!!!), and on Wednesday, we found out she had the FLU!! Yes, I said THE FLU!!! She's good now. The bad days were only a couple and once the fever was under control and the medicine was in her system, you would honestly not know she was sick! Luckily, nobody else that we had been in contact with has gotten it!!

Today, we scheduled an appointment for Gatlin to have tubes put in his ears! :( After many recurring ear infections, they say this is the best thing I can do for him, so.... on February 19, we'll be "getting tubes." I'm a little nervous about it, but I'm sure everything will be fine. Just please remember us all in your prayers.

It Snowed!!!!

We woke up yesterday (Saturday, January 19) morning to SNOW!!! Yes, I said SNOW... and nearly 2 inches of it!! The kids loved playing in it at first, but Gat wasn't too sure about it after a while!
